SHIPPING POLICY

Eagle Aerie Gallery will not be responsible for shipping glass via Canada Post or with a courier company. The gallery does its best to package prints and reproductions with glass with mole skin, bubble wrap and cardboard but if unfortunately, it does break we and the shipping company will not be responsible for the breakage or damage. All original prints and paintings must be shipped in a custom built crate - please contact the gallery for more information about this process.

All Original Prints and Original Paintings purchased FRAMED will be shipped in a custom built wooden crate for an additional $80. Shipping charges with DHL or UPS will be quoted from the gallery within 24 hours from your online purchase. Quotes will be calculated on crate weight and destination of your package. Eagle Aerie Gallery or any courier company will not be responsible for breakage of glass. All framed serigraphs or paintings are shipped with glass mole skin, bubble wrap and the wooden crate to help arrive safely at their destination.
