   Roy lives in Hazelton, British Columbia along side the Skeena River.

2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

   If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after UNLESS your item is not in stock. If your order was placed after Friday after 11:00 am PST your order will be shipped on Monday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with details of expected arrival and if your item is not in stock, when we expect to ship it.

3. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

   At this time we do not offer gift certificates online. If you would like to buy a gift certificate to use over the phone or at our location in Tofino please call 1.800.663.0669.

4. WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

   No. Your credit card will be not be charged until your order has been shipped. After entering your credit card information on the final review page, we will send you an order confirmation via email. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

5. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

   To change or cancel an order please email the gallery tofino@royhenryvickers.com or call 1.800.663.0669. Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or canceled.

   We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express at our online store.

7. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? WHAT ABOUT DUTIES? WHAT WON'T YOU SHIP?

   We are able to ship via Canada Post and UPS all over the world. Duties and taxes which vary by country are the responsibility of the client and we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We do not ship framed serigraphs or framed original paintings overseas. Please contact the gallery to discuss having these items sent without frames.

8. WHERE DOES ROY SELL HIS ARTWORK?

   Roy's only gallery is the Eagle Aerie Gallery at 350 Campbell Street in Tofino, British Columbia and online at www.royhenryvickers.com.

9. WILL ROY AUTOGRAPH MY PURCHASE? IS ROY EVER IN THE GALLERY?

   Roy will autograph his reproductions (lithographs, books, posters, block mounts and art cards) when he is scheduled to be in the gallery storytelling and autographing. Roy is scheduled to be in Eagle Aerie Gallery throughout the year. Please check our calendar to see when Roy will be at the gallery.

10. WILL ROY SPEAK TO MY GROUP?

    Yes Roy is available for public speaking for groups, retreats and conferences. Please go to our RHV Public Speaking page for more information or contact the gallery.

11. CAN I RENT THE GALLERY FOR A PRIVATE RECEPTION?

    The gallery is available to rent for private functions during non business hours. Please contact the gallery for information on our fees and when the gallery is available.

12. IS THERE A FEE TO ENTER THE GALLERY?

    No. The gallery is a privately owned gallery that is open to the public. There is no fee to enter.
